Product Details

Product Introduction

Sanarose 6B has a 6% agarose content and is a basic separation matrix without any functional ligands. It has the advantages of low non-specific adsorption, good particle size uniformity, high physicochemical stability, good biocompatibility, mild elution conditions, and high sample recovery rate.
The gel filtration chromatography technology realizes separation according to the difference of molecular size and shape. Sanarose 6B polysaccharide chain is rich in a large number of active hydroxyl groups, which can serve as a base for further deep crosslinking, activation, and coupling functional ligands to prepare other types of chromatography media.
