Q Sanarose 6FF
Ion exchange chromatography medium Q Sanarose 6FF is a strong anion exchange medium using Sanarose 6FF as the matrix and quaternary ammonium as the functional ligand. It retains the natural hydrophilicity and porous structure of agarose, has good biocompatibility, stable physicochemical properties, can withstand strong acids and alkalis, and can be cleaned in place and sterilized at high temperatures. Compared with weak anion exchange media, its fully protonated pH range (working pH range) is wider, and the chromatographic effect is slightly different.
Q Sanarose HP
The ion exchange chromatography medium Q Sanarose HP is a high-resolution strong anion exchange medium with quaternary amino groups as functional ligands. Compared with Q Sanarose 6FF, the particle size range is narrower. It retains the natural hydrophilicity and porous structure of agarose, has good biocompatibility, stable physicochemical properties, can withstand strong acids and alkalis, and can be cleaned in place and sterilized at high temperatures.
