The ion exchange chromatography medium SP Sanarose 6FF is a strong cation exchange chromatography medium using Sanarose 6FF as the matrix and sulfopropyl as the functional ligand. It retains the natural hydrophilicity and porous structure of agarose, has good biocompatibility, stable physicochemical properties, can withstand strong acids and alkalis, and can be cleaned in place and sterilized at high temperatures.
