Product Introduction
Butyl Sanarose HP is a high-resolution hydrophobic chromatography medium using Sanarose 4FF as the matrix and butyl as the functional ligand. Compared with Butyl Sanarose 4FF, it has a narrower particle size range, high resolution, strong pressure resistance, fast flow rate, and good selectivity. It can withstand strong acids and alkalis, and can be cleaned in place and sterilized at high temperatures.
Hydrophobic interaction chromatography is a chromatographic technique established based on the hydrophobic effects between solutes, polar mobile phases, and non polar stationary phase surfaces; In hydrophobic chromatography, binding force is mainly affected by ligand type, buffer salt, chromatography temperature, pH, and other factors. Cleaning and Regeneration |
It can be soaked in 1M NaOH solution for 1 to 2 hours to achieve the sterilization effect, or it can be sterilized by high pressure for 30 minutes; 1M NaOH, 70% ethanol, 30 % isopropyl alcohol, ultrapure water, etc. flush multiple column volumes to achieve the effect of cleaning and regeneration. |
