Product description
Phenyl Sanarose HP is a high-resolution hydrophobic chromatographic medium with benzene as the functional ligand. It has the advantages of high hardness, fast flow rate, strong selectivity, high activity recovery rate, and no pollution to the environment. It can withstand strong acids and alkalis, and can be cleaned in place and sterilized at high temperatures. Compared with reverse phase chromatography medium, the ligand concentration is low and the elution conditions are mild, which can better maintain the biological activity of the sample.
Hydrophobic interaction chromatography is a chromatographic technique established based on the hydrophobic effects between solutes, polar mobile phases, and non polar stationary phase surfaces; In hydrophobic chromatography, binding force is mainly affected by ligand type, buffer salt, chromatography temperature, pH, and other factors. Phenyl Sanarose HP is commonly used for moderate purification in typical three part purification strategies; It has the characteristics of "high salt absorption and low salt concentration elution" and can be combined with other separation technologies.

Cleaning and Regeneration |
It can be soaked in 1 M NaOH solution for 1 to 2 hours to achieve sterilization effect; 1 M NaOH, 70% ethanol, 30% isopropyl alcohol, ultrapure can be used according to the type of contaminants. Flush multiple column volumes with water to achieve the effect of cleaning and regeneration. |
